How We Build Your Product Mix
A catalog is only useful if somebody edits it for your building. Two locations three blocks apart buy completely different things, and the machine that ignores that ends up half full of product nobody wants.
- We start from your foot traffic. How many people, what kind of work, what hours — that sets the machine size and the split between snacks, drinks and better-for-you options.
- We stock a considered first fill. Not a default planogram: an actual starting selection for your site, including anything your team specifically asks for.
- We read the sales, not the guesses. Remote monitoring shows what moved and what sat. After two or three weeks we know more about your machine than any survey would tell us.
- We keep editing. Slow sellers come out, fast movers get more facings, and seasonal items rotate in. Ask for something and it is on the next visit.

Can the product selection be customized for our location?
Yes — Gotham Refreshments LLC builds the product mix around your location and keeps adjusting it. We start from your foot traffic and who is on site, then rotate the planogram based on what actually sells: more energy drinks and jerky on a warehouse floor, more baked snacks, protein bars and bottled water in a corporate office or gym.
What does a snack or drink cost at the machine?
Most traditional snacks run $1.00 to $2.25 and healthy snacks $1.00 to $4.25 in a Gotham Refreshments machine. On the beverage side, water is $1.00 to $2.00, soda and flavored drinks $1.25 to $2.50, sports drinks $1.50 to $2.75, energy drinks $2.25 to $3.75, and coffee and specialty drinks $2.50 to $4.00.
