Three boroughs, one weekly route. We do not currently serve Queens, the Bronx or Long Island — and we will say so on the first call rather than take an account we cannot restock properly.
Staten Island
Home base. Offices, gyms, schools, medical suites and industrial parks from St. George to Tottenville — usually the fastest installs on the route.
Brooklyn
Downtown towers, Sunset Park and Industry City warehouses, Williamsburg creative offices and everything on the way — with the freight-elevator paperwork handled.
Manhattan
Class-A and converted office buildings alike. Certificates of insurance and loading-dock windows are routine for us, not a delay.
Placing a Machine in an NYC Building Is Its Own Job
In most of the country a vending machine arrives on a lift gate and rolls in the front door. In New York City it needs a certificate of insurance issued to the property manager, a booked freight-elevator window, sometimes a union building's rules on who touches the dolly — and an operator who has done all of it before. We have. It is the normal shape of our week, from Manhattan office towers to Brooklyn warehouse floors.

In New York that is Staten Island, Brooklyn and Manhattan; in New Jersey it is the Hudson County waterfront including Jersey City and Hoboken, and the Newark and Ironbound corridor. We do not currently serve Queens, the Bronx or Long Island, and we will tell you so on the first call rather than waste your time.

Not at present. Is the free vending machine really free? What is the catch?
There is no catch: with Gotham Refreshments LLC the machine, delivery, installation, restocking and repairs are all free because we earn revenue from product sales. The only two things your business provides are the floor space and a standard electrical outlet.
Do I have to sign a contract?
We do prefer a contract but it is not necessary. The contract does not lock you into anything. If we do a contract and you feel the contract is not being upheld we can discuss and if need we remove machines for free at your request.
